Terms of Service

AppFactory is a service operated by Vvvroom. By submitting your app idea, you agree that we may build a prototype and contact you via the email you provided.

The $1 build fee keeps automated spam out. It is refunded if we decline or fail to build your app; otherwise it is a flat fee and is not credited toward the monthly plan. The prototype build is provided as-is, for evaluation purposes. No further payment is due unless you choose to continue with a paid hosting plan.

You retain ownership of your app idea and any content you provide. We retain ownership of the code until a paid plan begins, at which point you receive the full source code.

We reserve the right to decline any submission at our discretion. We do not build apps for illegal purposes, and iPhone apps must comply with Apple’s App Store guidelines.
